Ahmed Aghadi is a Blockchain Security Researcher at Nethermind focused on assessing the security of DeFi protocols, including automated market makers, staking mechanisms, and cross-chain bridge architectures. His work spans multiple execution environments and languages, including Solidity, Rust, and Cairo. Ahmed transitioned into professional security research in 2024 after a strong background in blockchain development, where he won more than 12 hackathons building and testing production-grade Web3 systems. This engineering foundation informs his security work, allowing him to reason effectively about both implementation-level bugs and protocol-level design risks. His experience also includes participation in public audit contests on CodeArena and CodeHawks. His prior audit submissions and technical security research are publicly available through his GitHub portfolio.
